The week is almost over and before we know it another year will be gone again. It was a good day today even though some real estate contracts take longer to close than others. Schools were closed so my son was home all day. I accomplished a lot of office work and took care of and FHA contract that is giving everybody a hard time. Other than that I finished the day making some “empanadas” (meat turn overs) typical from the country I was born in (Argentina). What could be better than to share a great dish with the people I love the most. You truly need to try them, they are the best. Have a good night.
