No Dogs or Animals allowed inside the event enclosure.

Another day has gone by.  Thanksgiving seemed fly faster than the speed of light  and here we are, today,  getting ready to decorate the house for Christmas ( inside-out).  With that in mind I started thinking about what could help you sell your home sooner rather than later.  Here is a small article that gives you  5 concepts to help a home sell:
To put the best face on a listing and appeal to buyers who follow feng shui principles, keep these tips in mind.

1. Pay special attention to the front door, which is considered the “mouth of chi” (chi is the “life force” of all things) and one of the most powerful aspects of the entire property. Abundance, blessings, opportunities, and good fortune enter through the front door. It’s also the first impression buyers have of how well the sellers have taken care of the rest of the property. Make sure the area around the front door is swept clean, free of cobwebs and clutter. Make sure all lighting is straight and properly hung. Better yet, light the path leading up to the front door to create an inviting atmosphere.

2. Chi energy can be flushed away wherever there are drains in the home. To keep the good forces of a home in, always keep the toilet seats down and close the doors to bathrooms.

3. The master bed should be in a place of honor, power, and protection, which is farthest from and facing toward the entryway of the room. It’s even better if you can place the bed diagonally in the farthest corner. Paint the room in colors that promote serenity, relaxation, and romance, such as soft tones of green, blue, and lavender.

4. The dining room symbolizes the energy and power of family togetherness. Make sure the table is clear and uncluttered during showings. Use an attractive tablecloth to enhance the look of the table while also softening sharp corners.

5. The windows are considered to be the eyes of the home. Getting the windows professionally cleaned will make the home sparkle and ensure that the view will be optimally displayed.

Tomorrow is Black Friday!!!!!  A LOT OF PEOPLE, the 3 of us included, will be getting up early to take advantage of the great promotions multiple stores are offering.  For those people that want to start today there are several stores that are open right now.  Here is the list:

Open Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday:

Wal-Mart: Most stores will be open 24 hours on Thanksgiving and Black Friday.

Kmart: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thanksgiving, 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Black Friday.

The Gap: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thanksgiving, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Black Friday.

Banana Republic: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Black Friday.

Old Navy: noon to 7 p.m. on Thanksgiving, 3 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Black Friday.

Toys “R” Us: 12 a.m. on Thanksgiving night to 10 p.m. on Black Friday.

J. C. Penney: 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. Doorbuster specials last from 4 a.m. to 1 p.m. Special instant-money coupons–available online at jcp.com and in the sales circular–can be used Friday from 3 to 11 p.m.

Kohl’s: 4 a.m. to midnight. Doorbuster specials last from 4 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Best Buy: 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.

For those that decide to go out today I suggest that you call to find out if the store near you is still open!!!! I strongly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity.  You can find huge savings that will alleviate your pocket.   Last year we did it for the first time and we saved a lot!!!
